The new design is in the works, but will not likely be unveiled for a week or two. nevernevernet.com will work until the end of March, and then you'll have to conform to new domain standards or be left behind in a confused DNS error page haze.

I'm writing a paper for my Telling Tales class. It needs to be roughly 7 pages, double spaced. I'm currently at 28. Going to need to do a wee bit of editing I guess before I turn it in. I may post the full thing here when its done, I'm pretty happy with my story. We were given the assignment of adapting a fairy tale to a different version, either using plot twists, change of point of view, changing settings or time frames, things like this. I'm doing Hansel and Gretel (Hansel and Gretalya in my story), set in the future, with everything from drugged out crack whore stepmom's and the end of the world, to space exploration. Should be cool... we'll see.

Ah, February. Four weeks till Spring Break. I've moved my computer into my bedroom, which used to be my moms office, which used to be my brother's bedroom, from my old bedroom which is currently my office. I moved it because of the spiders (this is where I look around real paranoid-like). That's right... the spiders. I kinda like it in here though. The walls are brighter and there's only one window. I feel like I'm abandoning my fish though since they're still in my office.
I'm using my brother's old desk... which I think I like better than mine. I always like my brother's stuff better than mine. I always mess his stuff up... ever since I was a kid I think. I'd borrow a sweatshirt... and completely ruin it somehow... although I never ruin my own clothes, somehow I have reliably ruined clothing of my brother's with startling consistency. It's a good thing I don't wear his clothes any more... I'm sure at some point he would've had to do away with me. I drive his new XTerra for literally 5 seconds, put a gash on the front fender. I actually broke this desk, moving it out to get to the back of his computer. I fixed it I guess... added some brackets so its strong again... but the point is that I broke it. Of course I broke my own desk in the same way... so I guess that's just me being an idiot all around that time. Statistically though I'm more likely to screw up something of my brother's than not screw it up. I just think that's odd. Maybe I'm jealous cuz he always has cooler stuff so I feel like I need to ruin it all! Mwaha!
Anyways, what was I talking about? Oh yeah. I like this room. It has a bunch of my mom's stuff in it... there's a bookshelf full of... well books like "Children's Literature in the Elementary School". Good read I'm sure. It doesn't bother me too much though. I think I just like the change of scenery. Plus I now have my computer... the box part... on this top shelf that is like above the desktop part of the desk, so I can see the pretty lights on it and stuff, and I can't kick it down on the floor. And my speakers have a good place to chill. My brother moved home... but I guess he doesn't want his desk back. Good thing. Maybe he will want it back now that I've described it so sexily. Laptops on their own are not tragic, unless the guy you get them from off eBay is a moron and forgets to ship the power adaptor with it, leaving you with a laptop, yet still without... somehow... idiot. It'll be cool as soon as I have power for it though... wooo! It's a Dell Latitude C600... 1000 Mhz cpu, 256 mb RAM, 30 gig harddrive, a little beat up but its got a great personality:
Now all these purchases pretty much wiped my bank account out but check it out...
